Volunteering
Starting from an undeniable reality, that volunteering is an important factor in the creation of a competitive sports organization and at the same time, in the development of vocational education and training, as well as for increasing social solidarity, the Swimming Performance League (LPIN) opens the doors of all those who want to participate in a unique project in Romania, which aims to ensure a high quality competitive climate for swimmers of all ages, aiming to raise the level of participation and performance at all levels.
Volunteering has no age limit. You can still be on the banks of the high school, you can be a student, you can be an adult and you can even be a pensioner. It does not matter! It is important that you want to get involved, and your help is always welcome. Regardless of age, there are activities for each and everyone can bring a change.
Our offer for this stage of LPIN development is as follows:
1. Competitions department manager
Purpose of the position - Ensure contest logistics
Responsibilities - Performs all the activities prior to a competition, respectively, printing posters, diplomas, start lists, order and follows the execution of the medals and cups for the awards, providing the personnel (volunteers) necessary for the arbitration, ensuring the sound and live streaming, organizing the teams of volunteers for the podium. awards, providing catering services for the referees and volunteers, hires the pools and ambulances.
Qualification - Organizational and communication skills, as well as teamwork
Subordination - President of LPIN
Reporting Period - Before and after each competition

2. Responsible for the development department
Purpose of the position - Development and implementation of programs specific to the activity object of LPIN
Responsibilities - It proposes and after approval, it carries out courses, seminars, training programs for coaches, referees, volunteers, conferences on the specific topic of swimming.
Qualification - The knowledge of the sports industry is a bonus, knowledge and vision in professional training.
Subordination - LPIN Steering Committee
Reporting period - monthly, or during the project implementation phases

3. Head of marketing department
Purpose of the position - Linking LPIN with potential sponsors, media and public authorities to the best of their ability
Responsibilities - Proposes and carries out marketing activities, contacts and liaises with sponsors, media and LPIN partners, participates in organized competitions.
Qualification - Experience in the field is a bonus, creativity and persuasion.
Subordination - LPIN Steering Committee
Reporting period - weekly, or when the situation requires it

4. Head of IT department
Purpose of the position - To ensure the smooth functioning of the LPIN online platform, as well as solutions to improve it.
Responsibilities - Ensure the take-up of the time realized by the athletes in competitions and their transfer in real time on the LPIN platform, the assessment of its development needs, so that the LPIN platform always responds to the requirements in the field.
Qualification - Software programming knowledge is a bonus, good PC operating knowledge.
Subordination - LPIN Steering Committee
Reporting Period - Participates in all competitions organized by LPIN and presents feedback on the LPIN platform.
Benefits - Activates in a unique project, meant to support the growth of future swimming champions in Romania, participation in specific training programs, activates on the first platform for organizing competitions in Romania.
